Self-help tools via the online wellbeing space
Assess your level of stress/anxiety
At Pro-Counselling, we are dedicated to offer rapid, optimal, and safe counselling support to Self Help UK colleagues with highly qualified mental health practitioners.

Online Counselling Support
You have access to online counselling support tailored to your unique needs.
This service is designed to address any personal and professional concerns, providing you with valuable guidance and assistance.
While our therapists are skilled in tailoring their therapeutic approach to the online framework offered here, it's important to note that while many issues can be addressed, more complex and severe concerns may not be well-suited for online modality. In such cases, our therapists can offer recommendations for more appropriate sources of support and the sessions we offer here can still serve as a valuable bridge until you access the most suitable external support.
Rapid access
Experience a seamless journey to mental wellbeing with our swift and efficient service. After completing the online form in just a minute, you will promptly be contacted by our team and by your therapist within 24 hours. Arrange a session at your preferred date and time, even on the same day!
Confidentiality and Ethics
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our therapists adhere to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics, which means that they will not extend confidentiality unless an individual is deemed a danger to themselves or others, or a high safeguarding risk is identified.
Flexibility Tailored for everyone
We understand the importance of personal preferences. Our extensive and diverse network of qualified mental health practitioners allows you to request support in your desired language or choose a therapist who aligns with unique needs and background. Your comfort and wellbeing are at the heart of our commitment.

Core-10 test
We understand that life can sometimes be challenging, and it's essential to acknowledge and prioritise our mental health. As part of our commitment to supporting you, we are providing an opportunity to assess your well-being through a simple questionnaire.
The questionnaire CORE-10 is a widely recognised tool used to measure your overall mental well-being and can indicate how you are feeling in general. Remember, this is not a diagnostic tool but a way to encourage self-awareness and take a moment for self-reflection.
